Evgeniya Rudyuk was born on December 25, 1992 in Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Region. Her first artistic text in her childhood was dedicated to her hometown, the place of forced resettlement of Soviet Jews by Stalin in the 1930s. Therefore she is inclined to address to national topics and consider oppressive political and governmental authoritarian systems in her artworks.

After his first education (2016), she holds a degree of maritime radio engineer. From 2021 to 2023, she studied at the All-Russian State University of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov in the dramaturgy workshop of the winner of the Cannes prize for the script for the film "Moloch" by Yuri Arabov (master's degree). The graduation full-length script "Olesya's home" is dedicated to the social provocative problem of adopted orphaned children. This plot is inspired by her own family's history.

In 2024, she completed the course "Development Producer" at the Moscow Film School, where she developed the psychological thriller project of the TV Series "Psychodrama, exploring the topic of personal guilt. While educated, she was the recipient of prestigious educational grants from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Mars Media Entertainment.

From 2023 to 2025, she was a trainee teacher at the Department of Film Drama at the VGIK, Moscow (hybrid work format). Evgeniya Rudyuk's teaching course is dedicated to biblical plot motifs and their development in modern film scripts.

She has about a dozen short films in her filmography. Winner and finalist of many Russian screenwriting competitions, pitching and film festivals ("Saint Anna", "VGIK International Film Festival", "Multpitching" and so on). Her work often deals with themes of power, ethnic conflict, drifting identities and actual social issues.

From 2024 she lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and works as an independent artist for cinema and theatre.
